Straightforward answers about how Monferanto works, what to expect, and how to get started.
About workshops
Workshops and programmes
Our workshops focus on three interconnected areas: time management (understanding and redesigning how you use your hours), productivity (working with sustained focus rather than constant busyness), and goal setting (defining and pursuing goals that genuinely reflect what you want). Each workshop is self-contained but they complement each other well when taken together.
Standard workshop sessions run for approximately two to three hours. This allows enough time for instruction, group discussion, and practical exercises without becoming exhausting. Some intensive workshops are structured across two half-day sessions to allow for reflection between parts.
Yes. We offer both in-person workshops at our Den Haag location and remote sessions via video call. The format is adapted for each delivery method so that online participants have an equally engaging experience. Some exercises are specifically designed for digital collaboration tools.
We keep group sizes small to ensure genuine interaction. In-person workshops typically have between six and twelve participants. Online sessions are kept to a similar size. This allows for real conversation rather than a lecture format, and gives everyone space to contribute and ask questions.
About workbooks
Free downloadable workbooks
Yes. The workbooks are provided at no cost and without requiring registration. We believe that practical tools for personal development should be accessible. You can request them via our contact form and we will send them directly to your email address.
Absolutely. The workbooks are designed to function as standalone tools. Each one includes clear instructions, context, and exercises that you can work through independently. They are useful on their own, and also serve as a good way to experience the Monferanto approach before deciding whether to join a workshop.
Currently available workbooks include the Goal Architecture Guide, the Weekly Time Planner, the Focus Reset Toolkit, and the Habit Builder Map. New workbooks are added periodically as we develop new workshop content. All workbooks are available in both English and Dutch.
About coaching
Individual coaching sessions
Individual coaching sessions are structured conversations focused on your specific situation. The coach helps you examine where you are, what you want to change, and what practical steps are available to you. Sessions typically last sixty to ninety minutes and are followed by written notes and suggested exercises to work on before the next session.
No. Individual coaching is available independently of the workshop programme. Some people prefer to start with coaching to clarify their direction before joining a group workshop. Others attend workshops first and then use coaching to deepen their personal application. Both paths work well.
The simplest way to get started is to fill in our contact form. We will schedule a free intake conversation of about twenty minutes to understand what you are looking for and to discuss which option fits your situation. There is no obligation to continue after the intake.
Yes. Both workshops and individual coaching sessions are available in Dutch and English. You can choose the language that feels most comfortable for you. All workbooks are also available in both languages.
