A structured space for your own thinking

Individual coaching at Monferanto is not about receiving instructions or following a fixed programme. It is about having a structured space to examine your situation honestly, identify what is getting in the way, and develop approaches that work for your specific circumstances.

Sessions are led by your agenda. You bring the situation, the coach brings structure and perspective. Together, you work toward clarity and practical next steps.

  • Sessions of sixty to ninety minutes, in person or online

  • Exercises and reflection prompts between sessions

Introductory

Single Session

A focused one-off session for a specific question or challenge. Useful for getting an outside perspective on a particular situation or for trying out coaching before committing to a longer programme.

What we work on in coaching

Time Management

Examine how you currently use your time, identify patterns that are not serving you, and develop a more intentional approach to structuring your days and weeks.

Productivity

Understand what enables you to do focused, meaningful work and what gets in the way. Develop practical strategies for working with your natural rhythms rather than against them.

Goal Clarity

Work through what you genuinely want to achieve and why. Develop goals that are specific enough to act on and flexible enough to remain relevant as circumstances change.

Habit Change

Examine existing habits that are holding you back and develop new ones that support your goals. Understand the conditions that make habits stick or fall away.

How the first conversation works

Every coaching relationship begins with a free intake conversation of around twenty minutes. This is an opportunity to talk about what you are looking for, ask any questions you have about the process, and decide whether individual coaching is the right fit for your situation.

There is no obligation after the intake. If coaching seems like a useful fit, we discuss which format makes sense and schedule the first session. If a workshop or workbook would serve you better, we will say so.
