Every coaching relationship begins with a free intake conversation of around twenty minutes. This is an opportunity to talk about what you are looking for, ask any questions you have about the process, and decide whether individual coaching is the right fit for your situation.
There is no obligation after the intake. If coaching seems like a useful fit, we discuss which format makes sense and schedule the first session. If a workshop or workbook would serve you better, we will say so.
